Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, size, or style, we require a photo as proof. You can choose between a refund or a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days.
Damaged Item Received: If the item arrives damaged, please provide proof of damage. You can opt for a refund or a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days.
Order Delayed: If your order is delayed by more than 15 business days due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays), we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
Reshipping Policy
If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or consignee not found, the customer will need to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
